What PolicyShark does

PolicyShark reviews submitted policy information, prepares a factual coverage baseline, and—only with your authorization—may send a comparison request by email to an owner-approved, verified Georgia personal-auto licensed broker where one is available. PolicyShark is a comparison service, not an insurer or insurance broker. We do not bind coverage, make underwriting decisions, manage a purchase, or guarantee any quote, savings amount, eligibility, or coverage outcome.

Your submission

You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and authorize PolicyShark to review the submitted policy and contact you about comparison results. Do not submit documents you are not authorized to share.

Quotes and final purchase

We show a quote only after it has actually been received and reviewed. Quotes are subject to the licensed broker’s or provider’s terms, underwriting, application process, and state availability. You decide whether to proceed directly with that licensed broker or provider. Any final insurance purchase is completed directly with them.

Fees

The policy scan is free. If a staff-verified quote shows annual savings and you choose to unlock the comparison details, the case fee is $99 plus 20% of verified annual savings above $99. The variable portion is rounded down to the nearest cent. A protected fee is shown before any checkout handoff, but variable-fee checkout is not currently available. Service availability

The service is not available in every state or circumstance. PolicyShark has no carrier integrations, portal or API submissions, carrier scraping, phone follow-up automation, or market-wide broker directory. We may decline or close a request where no participating licensed broker is available.
