What PolicyShark does

PolicyShark reviews submitted policy information, helps request and compare real auto insurance quotes, and may help coordinate a chosen switch. PolicyShark is a comparison and switching service, not an insurer or insurance broker. We do not bind coverage, make underwriting decisions, or guarantee any quote, savings amount, eligibility, or coverage outcome.

Your submission

You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and authorize PolicyShark to review the submitted policy and contact you about comparison results. Do not submit documents you are not authorized to share.

Quotes and final purchase

Quotes are subject to the carrier’s or licensed broker’s terms, underwriting, application process, and state availability. You decide whether to pursue an offer. Any final insurance purchase is completed directly with the carrier or licensed broker.

Fees

The policy scan is free. If a verified offer is available and you choose to unlock switching support, the switching fee is $99 plus 20% of verified annual savings above $99. A fee is shown before any checkout handoff. The $288 annual membership, if offered after savings are found, is a separate future opt-in and is not automatic enrollment.

Service availability

The service may not be available in every state, market, or circumstance. We may decline or close a request where we cannot complete a reliable comparison.
